1.Installation note
Suitable for 12-14 inch drawers.The space between drawer and cabinet wall need to be 0.5in each at left and right side,total 1in ( inside cabinet width - outside drawer width= 1in )-Note:For installation,make sure the two slide rails parallel to each other,and make sure the drawer portion slides parallel to the cabinet portion slides and in the same level. without mounting screws included,you can purchase different M4 screws according to your specific installation scene.
2.MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY: 150 lb
The slides is made of 1.5mm High - tension cold-rolled steel plates,it will keep your drawers stable and safe even carrying up to 150 lb heavy weight items,which take 100,000 times of push-pull tests full loaded without damage. The shorter the slide,the heavier the weight load.
3.Anti-rust & Smooth work
The anti-rust ability and oxidation resistance of our slides is superior to the others because of the special galvanized blue sealing surface treatment; With dual industrial grade bearing ball inside,the drawers slide smoothly even though carrying heavy items; With a rubber crash pad on,which is a wear-resisting and impact-resistant device,the drawers slide quietly without collision noise.
4.Detachable
There is a plastic buckle on the back of the slide rail, by pressing it,the 3rdtrack(the narrowest section) can be separated ,which means the drawer can be installed and detached easily by your will; This" without lock"one doesn't have a lock handle, so it's can't be locked when it's fully closed or fully opened.You can choose the "with lock" one if needed.
5.3-fold full extension
